A law firm in Phoenix is seeking an experienced ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney with outstanding professional credentials, client service capabilities, and expertise in analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and be licensed to practice law in any state.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and advice on ERISA and employee benefits matters.
  • Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Draft and review employee benefits plans, including retirement and health plans.
  • Assist clients in compliance with ERISA and other applicable laws.
  • Handle negotiations and settlements related to employee benefits disputes.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation involving ERISA matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement employee benefits strategies.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting employee benefits.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney.
  • License to practice law in any state.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.
