Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior associate attorney with 1-4 years of litigation experience in mass torts, product liability, and/or sexual abuse. The candidate will represent survivors of sex abuse as well and handle medical device cases. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials. Excellent research, legal writing, and communication skills are required. Should have the ability to help design and implement systematic processes and procedures. The ability to utilize case management software to maximize efficiency is required. Should also have the ability to create standard operating procedures, set KPIs, and prepare meaningful reporting for practice. Must be prepared for the unpredictability and time demands of a litigation practice.
