Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions and premise liability claims. They will handle all aspects of litigation, from filing petitions to attending court hearings, mediations, and trials. Duties:

• Filing petitions and legal documents with courts
• Engaging in discovery processes
• Conducting and managing depositions
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Managing a docket of personal injury cases
• Supervising dedicated staff members

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• Prior experience in litigation, preferably personal injury cases
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and courtroom etiquette
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar
