  • Manage and prioritize a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of substantive experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation preferred.
  • Excellent academic credentials, with a strong academic record.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated advocacy skills in a litigation setting.
  • Proven client development potential.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated advocacy skills in a litigation setting.
