Duties

• Provide strategic advice and counseling to employers on compliance, risk mitigation, and litigation prevention.
• Advise clients on employee relations, workplace investigations, and employment policies.
• Develop practical solutions balancing legal risk with business needs.
• Provide day-to-day counseling to employers in various industries.
• Support or oversee litigation matters, including risk assessments and case strategy.
• Contribute to client training, policy development, and internal firm initiatives.
• Collaborate on business development strategy and engage in client development activities.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
• 5-7 years of legal experience in employment litigation and advisory work.
• Strong interest in building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex legal and business environments.
• Tech-savvy with experience in law firm billing and case management systems.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
