• Negotiate settlements and appear at hearings, conferences, and depositions

• Develop strong client relationships and maintain consistent communication

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to gather evidence and prepare comprehensive case files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering positive outcomes

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
