Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Orange office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks workers' compensation defense attorney with 2+ years of experience handling workers' compensation cases. The candidate will manage cases on appeal, prepare discovery, file motions, and pleadings according to judicial procedures, and process settlements. Will communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days. Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other items. Handle a full caseload, working the files from start to finish, making appearances and ensuring files move toward resolution. Should have a background in workers' compensation. Related insurance claims experience is a plus. Subrogation experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized, be able to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines, and possess proven client service skills.
