The candidate should possess excellent drafting and negotiating skills and have a solid academic background. The Real Estate Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in handling sophisticated real estate transactions, contributing to joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings, and acquisitions/dispositions. The role requires a candidate with strong experience, excellent drafting and negotiating skills, and a solid academic background.

 

Duties:

  • Work on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • Contribute to joint ventures, fund formations, and infrastructure/privatizations.
  • Handle secured financings and acquisitions/dispositions.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate matters.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents with precision.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a reputable law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the state of Illinois.
  • 4+ years of experience in real estate law.
  • Experience in joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings, and acquisitions/dispositions.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
  • Solid academic background.
