Duties

  • Represent clients in criminal and traffic matters in court, including trials

  • Prepare and draft motions, court correspondence, and legal pleadings

  • Manage a large caseload independently and efficiently

  • Consult with current and prospective clients

  • Collaborate with legal assistants and fellow attorneys

  • Travel as needed for court appearances throughout the state

  • Participate in firm marketing and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Active member of the Georgia Bar (required)

  • Experience in criminal law and/or trial litigation preferred

  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
