Duties

• Litigate cases to trial
• Draft legal motions and correspondence to court staff
• Work with a team of fellow lawyers and legal assistants
• Consult with current and potential clients
• Manage large caseloads and multitask effectively
• Travel within the state for hearings

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in GA
• Criminal law experience preferred
• Trial experience preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• BAR certification in GA
