Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an antitrust attorney with 5-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts and specific antitrust experience, including litigation, class actions, mergers and acquisitions, government investigations, and client counseling. The candidate will assist firm clients with antitrust litigation and advise on related business transaction matters. Should have trial and arbitration experience. Additional complex commercial litigation experience is preferred. Active Washington State Bar membership is required.

The candidate should have the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Must have the ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands. Must be a team player with a drive towards entrepreneurship, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
