• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide effective legal counsel.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as paralegals and attorneys, to develop strategies and solutions for complex bankruptcy cases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Membership in the Florida Bar Association.
• Admitted to the U.S. Southern District of Florida.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the state of Florida.
