Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and expanding the firm's bankruptcy practice while demonstrating a proven track record of success in handling complex bankruptcy cases.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Bankruptcy practice area, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience practicing bankruptcy law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex bankruptcy cases.

Education:

  • Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
