Job Overview:

A law firm in Tampa, FL, is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to join their Bankruptcy practice area as a Partner. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and expanding the firm's bankruptcy practice while demonstrating a proven track record of success in handling complex bankruptcy cases.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the Bankruptcy practice area, providing strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Handle a diverse range of bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13, representing clients in various industries.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, actively seeking new business opportunities and contributing to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• Experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex bankruptcy cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
