Senior Attorney

A law firm in Minneapolis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills, and managing projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Duties:

• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Utilize transferable skills and leverage a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Meet deadlines and expectations while performing work duties as required.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.
• State and federal court experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents.
• Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters.
• Proven ability to draft motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
