Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Houston, TX, is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters. Strong academic qualifications, excellent writing skills, and a valid license to practice law in Texas are essential. Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory enforcement and investigation matters.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and before regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.
• Conduct depositions, interviews, and client meetings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of litigation issues.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice area.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Texas.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
