A law firm in Wilmington is seeking a highly skilled Health Care Associate Attorney to join its Corporate Services Group (CSG). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in handling complex legal matters related to health care, demonstrating expertise in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance, and more. The candidate should be dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards while delivering excellent client services and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Job Details:

• Simultaneously handles high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Produces quality legal work and ensures timely billing to maintain excellent client services.
• Manages and generates business through both group and individual efforts.
• Maintains the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
• Possesses health care expertise to contribute effectively to the Corporate Services Group (CSG).
• Works independently and productively, displaying a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm conducts business.
• Must maintain applicable license renewal and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ACA, Healthcare Benefits, Qualified Plan compliance with IRS and Department of Labor, Multi-employer plans, and benefits in mergers and acquisitions.
• Preferably, 5-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
