Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of litigation practice experience

Walden office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 5-8 years of litigation practice experience. The candidate will join the Litigation team. Must be admitted to the New York State Bar. Will be drafting motions, conducting depositions, and appearing at court conferences and trials, along with the ability to manage a file from start to finish.

The candidate should preferably have the ability to build rapport with clients by maintaining excellent attorney-client relations and be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere. Must have excellent writing and courtroom skills, along with outstanding negotiation skills.
