First-party Property Associate Attorney

A law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking a First-party Property Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills. Duties:

• Handle first-party property cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on property insurance issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Collaborate with litigation team members on case strategy and tactics.
• Prepare for and participate in trials as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of first-party property experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
