Associate Attorney needed for Orlando office

A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Orlando, FL office. The Associate Attorney will conduct legal research, draft legal documents, represent clients in court and depositions, and assist senior attorneys with case management and client communication.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on various legal issues pertinent to cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions.
• Assist senior attorneys with case management tasks.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar association.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in civil litigation is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

Experience:
