Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel and services to clients in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
  • Create, implement, and oversee customized strategies for effective wealth transfer, asset protection, and tax efficiency, tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.
  • Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Advise clients on charitable giving opportunities and philanthropic objectives, optimizing tax benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with high-net-worth clients and their advisors to develop personalized and tax-efficient wealth transfer plans.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and legal developments relevant to estate planning.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
  • 7-10 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
  • Knowledge of asset protection planning and charitable giving strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
