Job Overview: The Litigation Associate Attorney will be able to actively participate in cases, manage files, prepare dispositive motions, draft briefs, and assist with oral arguments. Duties:

• Actively participate in litigation cases.
• Manage case files and documentation.
• Prepare dispositive motions and draft briefs.
• Assist with oral arguments and court appearances.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of California litigation experience.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic records.
• Impressive writing and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice.
• Confidence and professionalism.
• Team-player mindset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
