Job Overview:

A leading litigation firm is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate specializing in Toxic Tort cases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in high exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence. Location:

Duties:

  • Take and defend expert and witness depositions

  • Draft original motions and other litigation-related documents on complex toxic tort matters

  • Draft discovery requests and responses for various parties

  • Develop and maintain client relationships through oral and written communication

  • Prepare for trial, including motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in asbestos or toxic tort litigation (Required)

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school (Required)

  • Active license to practice law in California (Required)

  • Experience in a billable work environment

  • Strong self-motivation, high energy, and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Superior written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in California (Required)

Skills:

  • Toxic tort litigation (asbestos, products liability, general negligence)

  • Legal research and writing
