Senior Class Action Litigation Attorney

A highly respected law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Class Action Litigation Attorney to lead and manage large-scale class action lawsuits. The ideal candidate has a strong background in complex litigation, a passion for advocacy on behalf of plaintiffs in high-impact cases, and the ability to take ownership of every stage of litigation from inception to resolution. This is an in-person role that offers significant potential for professional growth and leadership within a collaborative legal team.

Duties:

• Serve as lead or co-lead counsel in complex class action litigation
• Develop and execute a case strategy for economic harm and mass tort class actions
• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Oversee and conduct discovery, including depositions and expert witness coordination
• Represent clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
• Manage a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Maintain communication with clients and Class members throughout litigation
• Monitor developments in case law and legislation related to class action practice

Requirements:

• 20 years of experience in class action litigation
• Proven experience as lead counsel or in a senior litigation role
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• Commitment to high ethical standards and client advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with a state bar
