The candidate will manage all aspects of workers' compensation cases. Regularly communicate with counsel clients and potential clients. Represent clients at hearings. Conduct direct/cross-examination of witnesses at hearings and depositions. Draft necessary summations, appeals, and rebuttals. Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.

The candidate must have strong negotiating skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Should have the ability to build rapport with clients. The firm offers dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
