A law firm is seeking a Complex Litigation And Dispute Resolution Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities, requirements, education, certifications, and skills:

Job Overview:

• Work on complex disputes across a range of industries.
• Assume significant responsibility to work directly with corporate clients.
• Manage complex cases, take and defend depositions, make court appearances at important hearings, handle mediations, and other related work typically handled by associates.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
