New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior banking associate attorney with 5-7 years of experience in banking transactions. The candidate will work on lending, letter of credit, and other transactions for financial institutions. Should ideally have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing domestic and international financing transactions (both syndicated and bilateral, secured, and unsecured) and a strong knowledge of the UCC and Bankruptcy Code. Experience in trade finance or fund finance (e.g., lending against capital commitments or subscriptions for capital) is a plus.
