Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on complex computer science, software, and patent-related issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including patent applications, licensing agreements, and contracts.
  • Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters, with a focus on computer science and software.
  • Analyze and assess the legal implications of technology-related transactions and agreements.

Requirements:
