A law firm in Denville is seeking a Commercial and Employment Law Attorney with extensive experience in jury trials, depositions, and complex motions. The candidate must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and possess exceptional interpersonal, legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Job Details:

• Conduct jury trials, take extensive depositions, and argue complex motions
• Provide legal advice and representation in commercial litigation and/or employment law matters
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Research legal issues and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial and employment law
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients
• Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey
• 5-10 years of experience practicing commercial litigation and/or employment law
• Extensive experience in jury trials, depositions, and complex motions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
