Job Overview:

The Tax Associate Attorney will provide legal support in tax and corporate transactions, collaborating with cross-office teams. This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of prior law firm experience in U.S. federal income tax matters, outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Duties:

• Collaborate with cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams.
• Provide legal support and advice on U.S. federal income tax matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to tax issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Assist in due diligence for corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm, specializing in U.S. federal income tax matters.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education:

Certifications:
