Las Vegas office of our client seeks a commercial litigation associate attorney with some experience in all aspects of litigation-related work including: drafting pleadings/interrogatories responses; discovery requests as well as interrogating witnesses at depositions (including taking notes); preparing for trial by working up client witness lists or conducting independent research; and drafting summaries and proposed findings regarding complex legal issues. Nevada Bar admission is required.
