Litigation Attorney

Job Duties:

• Handle a caseload of litigation matters with a focus on tax-related cases.
• Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and prepare legal documents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client representation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Interest in transitioning to tax litigation.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Effective oral communication skills for client interactions and courtroom appearances.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
