Irvine office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, equity financing, joint ventures, bank lending, private equity, and other transactions across a range of industries, such as media/entertainment, health care, and others. The candidate will work directly with partners in the group and will have regular client contact. CA Bar admission is required.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
