Real Estate Transactions Attorney

A law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Transactions Attorney to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong drafting and communication skills, relevant experience in real estate finance and/or acquisitions, and demonstrate potential for client development.

Job Overview:

• Provide legal counsel and support for real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, and development.
• Leverage strong drafting and communication skills to effectively represent clients and contribute to the firm's success.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials.
• Assist with closings and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on real estate matters and assist with risk management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 1-4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or acquisitions and development.
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated work ethic.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar.
