Job Details

Duties

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications in the areas of immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell therapy, and related fields.
  • Respond to office actions and provide strategic guidance on patent prosecution matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal opinions related to intellectual property.
  • Conduct thorough prior art searches to support patentability assessments.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to understand and meet their patent needs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Patent Agent.
  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Virology, or Molecular Biology.
  • Strong academic credentials, demonstrating a high level of intellectual capability.
  • Admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • New York Bar admission.
