Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigating or land use experience

The candidate will play a crucial role in managing the high volume of litigation and land use cases. The responsibilities include drafting legal documents, assisting in the discovery process, conducting legal research, making court appearances as necessary, and engaging in initial consultations with potential clients. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in DE, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical abilities.

Duties:

• Manage and contribute to the resolution of a high volume of litigation and land use cases.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during the discovery process.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research for each case.
• Make court appearances when necessary.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.

Requirements:
