A law firm in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of experience. They will serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters, engage directly with clients, and contribute to all aspects of trial preparation and proceedings.

Duties:

• Serve as lead counsel in high-stakes litigation matters.
• Demonstrate expertise and handle complex cases effectively.
• Act as 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.
• Engage directly with clients, including high-level executives, providing deposition preparation, counseling, and support.
• Present and argue dispositive motions, shaping case outcomes.
• Contribute to all aspects of trial preparation, including voir dire and witness preparation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Prior trial experience, with jury trials preferred.
