Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate in Charlotte to join their Global Finance group. Duties

  • Manage commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans.

  • Oversee transactions from due diligence through closing.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing complex transactions.
  • Large law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
