Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a transactional privacy associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will handle privacy and cybersecurity issues in the context of complex technology transactions, including significant mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, other multidisciplinary transactions, advertising agreements, service agreements, e-commerce agreements, and other commercial transactions. Experience with technology industries, issues lying at the intersection of government regulation and technology, or FTC policy and enforcement regarding privacy and data security issues is desirable. Experience with M&A, technology transactions, or other transactional work is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with computer programming, network technologies, database design, and web technologies. CIPP certification is a plus.
The candidate must have superior academic credentials. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
