A law firm located in Wellesley, MA, is actively seeking an Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in litigation and/or general municipal law or related practice areas. The ideal candidate should hold an MA Bar membership.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters and provide legal counsel in areas such as general municipal law or related practice areas.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and address client needs.
• Stay updated on changes in the legal landscape, statutes, and regulations relevant to the practice areas.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation and/or general municipal law or related practice areas.
• MA Bar membership.

Education:
