Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar Association.
  • 2 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury law.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and other relevant resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff.
  • Prior experience as a Pre-Lit attorney is a must.

Education and Certifications:
