Job Details:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including demand drafts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in all aspects of their cases, including court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop effective case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files, including documentation of all communications and actions taken.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar Association.
• 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to personal injury law.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and other relevant resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Prior experience as a Pre-Lit attorney is a must.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar Association.
