Job Overview:
The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of top-tier law firm experience and excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Duties:
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and development.
• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 15 years of experience in commercial litigation at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong academic background with honors or distinction preferred.
• Practical law school experience such as law review, journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team is desirable.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Energetic personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:
