This Southern firm merged its way onto the New York scene. Now, with a New York-savvy full-service practice, this firm is competitive with many of the bigger firms in Manhattan, especially with respect to its tax practice. Although this firm does not offer the top of the line in terms of intra-office technology, it is consistently ranked as one of the most positive places to work with a law degree!
