Duties

• Manage discovery processes and draft legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, and argue cases in court.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form.
• Counsel clients on ongoing legal matters.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in relevant litigation at a reputable law firm.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
