Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, prior large law firm experience is preferred, and must be admitted to the Texas State Bar.

Duties:

• Handle various real estate transactional matters, including leasing and purchase/sale transactions, real estate finance, and development incentives.
• Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate matters.
• Interface directly with clients to provide legal advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex real estate projects.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general real estate transactional matters.
• Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred.
