The candidate will primarily be involved in matters focused on premises liability, negligent security liability, trucking and transportation liability, and personal/bodily Injury liability. Should have general liability experience (depositions, court appearances, prepared and argued motions). An active license to practice law in the state of Georgia is essential.

The candidate should have strong writing and speaking skills. J.D. from an ABA-Approved Law School essential. Must have proven ability to manage complex cases. Should have outstanding analytical skills. Should have the ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery.
