Litigation (Real Estate and Business) Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation (real estate and business) associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will join its Real Estate Business and Litigation practice groups. Will handle primarily large-scale commercial real estate litigation involving development, entitlement, leasing, ownership, and eminent domain issues. Prior similar experience and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills are required.
