Junior Wage and Hour Attorney

A law firm in Emeryville, CA, seeks a Junior Wage and Hour Attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and have a strong interest in wage and hour law.

Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in providing legal advice and representation to clients on wage and hour matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on wage and hour laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Assist in preparing for administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and court hearings related to wage and hour disputes.

• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on developments in wage and hour laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
