Senior Labor Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior Labor Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for their Avon office. The ideal candidate will perform legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings. Attend court conferences and arbitrations. Handle discovery-related activities and investigations. Draft position statements and dispositive motions. Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.

Duties:
• Conduct legal research.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in State Bar.
• 7 years of employment litigation defense experience.

Education:
Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications:
Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in State Bar.
