A law firm in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Family Law Attorney to oversee family law cases, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to practice improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, 3-7 years of litigation experience, and be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases proactively from initiation to resolution.
• Deliver superior customer service by providing regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make recommendations for practice improvement to practice managers.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, tracking accomplishments and client satisfaction.
• Serve as 1st chair in family law cases, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-7 years of litigation experience, focusing on family law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee.
