Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Roseland, NJ. The successful candidate will be able to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of litigation matters, including patent and trade secret cases.

Duties:

• Support senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, providing assistance and expertise in patent and trade secret cases.
• Manage a large caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in case strategy discussions.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of Litigation experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in various litigation matters.
• Admission to the NJ Bar is a prerequisite for the role.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid admission to the NJ Bar.
